Everyworld Pays Out 1.2 Million $EVERY Jackpot
Today, global web3 advertising platform Everyworld announced that a 1,210,442 $EVERY token jackpot was awarded. Over 42,000 players entered the jackpot, and the winnings were distributed 40% to one winner from Indonesia, 10% to his referral tree which included 6 additional players, and 40% donated to the African Wildlife Foundation. As with all Everyworld jackpots, 10% of the total jackpot tokens will be burned.
The total number of tickets entered is equal to the total $EVERY tokens in the jackpot, which means that community members entered more than 1.2 million tickets into today’s jackpot game. Over 2 million video advertisements were watched on the Everyworld app in just four days.
Everyworld’s Season 1 culminated in a token airdrop to over 65,000 wallets, rewarding community-builders for their participation. In an effort to continue building in public, Everyworld launched its new web-app and opened Season 2 within a month after the airdrop. As a result, the Everyworld app, and smart contracts for jackpot payouts are being built in real time, and in public, which aligns with the community-centric ethos of blockchain co-creation.
Everyworld is a Web3 rewarded ads protocol that rewards users with tickets to enter a jackpot for engaging with video advertising content about video games, including indie and blockchain games.
To enter the jackpot, players enter tickets they earn or they can enter automatically by holding $EVERY in their wallets. Advertisers pay in $EVERY tokens to advertise on the protocol. Everyworld’s jackpot drawings are held twice each week, and the winner is selected at random.
Everyworld jackpots are distributed 40-45% to the winner, 40-45% to an environmental conservation organization, up to 10% to a winner’s referral tree and 10% of jackpot tokens are burned. Jackpot payouts unlock over 36 months, incentivizing the winner to continue building alongside the community.
Today’s jackpot represents a 6x increase over the previous token jackpot, which had a total payout of 200,000 $EVERY tokens, with 80,016 $EVERY paid to the winner who goes by the handle @samsonngure47 on Twitter, is from Kenya and was awarded 80,016 $EVERY tokens and the same amount will be donated to the African Wildlife Foundation. Through Everyworld’s referral mechanics, four people in his referral tree also won $EVERY tokens.
As of today, 564,197 $EVERY tokens are pledged to environmental conservation organizations.
Everyworld’s community includes more than 285,000 people from 150+ countries around the world united by both a love of video games and the desire to protect planet Earth–because there is no virtual world without a physical one.
Everyworld is merging the web3 paradigm, which emphasizes collective ownership, with a marketing network for video games, and doing it in a way that benefits both the network’s users and the environment.
The rewarded ads industry has been growing at a rate of more than 200% each year for the last several years.
