THESE OFFICIAL SCRATCH CARD RULES ARE TO BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH EVERYWORLD DEVELOPMENT LLC’S (“EVERYWORLD”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”). THESE RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 20 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. PLEASE SEE SECTION 20 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.

1. Overview

‍

Everyworld operates an online and mobile scratch card game (“Scratch Card”) where participants can win $EVERY tokens. The Scratch Card game is subject to these Official Scratch Card Rules (the "Official Rules"). The game play, timing, available prizes, odds of winning, and other specifics are governed by these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

‍

Residents of the United States and the following countries are ineligible: Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Canada (province of Quebec), Cambodia, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Spain, Sweden, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, and where otherwise prohibited by law.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees, officers, directors of Everyworld, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor's Affiliates”) and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Participation

‍

Scratch Cards are available in limited quantities to users who hold 50 $EVERY. The criteria for obtaining scratch cards will change over time. Currently, users must purchase scratch cards with in-game currency (“Seeds”):

1 scratch card = 10,000 Seeds
Users can only get 1 scratch card per drop

4. Winnings and Withdrawals

‍

Minimum of 1,000 $EVERY is required to withdraw winnings.
Winners of Scratch Cards can share their win on X (formerly Twitter) to get a chance at receiving additional Scratch Cards

5. How to Claim Prizes

‍

To claim prizes, winners must adhere to the Terms and Conditions, including passing the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) process. Winners must connect their wallet and pass the KYC process to receive $EVERY tokens.

6. Additional Terms

‍

Everyworld is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged submissions.
Everyworld reserves the right to disqualify any participant that violates these Official Rules or attempts to defraud the system.
Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

7. Governing Law

‍

Any disputes regarding these Official Rules will be resolved through Arbitration as set forth in Section 20 of the Terms and Conditions, pursuant to the internal, substantive law of the State of New York, without regard to choice of law principles.

8. Force Majeure

‍

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond Everyworld's control, Everyworld reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
