1. Eligibility

‍

Everyworld Development LLC Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Giveaway") is open to eligible users at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Everyworld Development LLC, their respective affiliates ("Sponsor"), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is not available to individuals from the US and other select countries as listed in the Everyworld terms and conditions: https://www.everyworld.com/terms-and-conditions.

2. Timing

‍

The Giveaway begins at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on February 23, 2024, and ends at 7:30 p.m. EST on February 25, 2024 ("Giveaway Period").  Winners will be notified no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on February 28, 2024.

3. Entry

‍

To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, like and retweet the specified post (“Giveaway Post”) from @JoinEveryworld (https://twitter.com/JoinEveryworld), follow @JoinEveryworld on twitter, and tag two twitter accounts in the tweet’s comments. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Alternative means of entry

Liking and retweeting the Giveaway Post is not mandatory in order to enter the Giveaway. The participant may also email marketing@everyworld.com with their complete name, and email address and “AMOE” listed in the re: line. Limit one (1) entry per person. An email Entry must be received no later than February 25, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. EST (the "AMOE Received By Date"). If an email Entry is received after the AMOE Received By Date, the Entry shall be void.

‍5. Winner selection and notification

‍

Not more than ten (10) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via Twitter by February 28, 2024, or via email if a winner is selected via AMOE. The winner will be required to pass KYC in order to receive the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) days after the first attempt at contact, or the potential winner does not pass KYC, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining entries.

6. Prize

‍

Each winner will receive $50 worth of Solana and the “Power Player” role in the Everyworld Discord. The Solana prize will be sent to a crypto wallet address provided by the winner.  The Power Player role will be added to the user’s profile in the Everyworld Discord. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.  The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter the Giveaway is prohibited. Any attempt to use multiple names, identities, email addresses or any other tactics to enter or otherwise disrupt the Giveaway or violate these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway and all associated entries will be void.
